Emergency migration
Shopify shut you down? We can have you trading on WooCommerce inside 7 days.
First we preserve whatever data window you have left, then we restore trading, then we optimise. In that order, because every hour your store is dark costs you sales and remarketing.
Your data window is already closing.
If your store was closed for a policy violation, your admin panel may still open, but do not assume it will for long. A frozen store locks you out of admin entirely, so export before that happens. Export in priority order: orders first (they are irreplaceable), then customers, then products, then an Admin API dump for the theme, blog, redirects, and metafields that CSV exports miss.

The 7-day plan
From dark storefront to taking orders again.
An emergency migration defers the full theme rebuild. The goal of week one is simple: get you trading on a stack no one can switch off, then improve it once revenue is flowing.
Day 1
Preserve everything
We export every CSV and pull an Admin API dump while access lasts, and snapshot your live storefront. Nothing that can be saved is left behind.
Day 1–2
Stand up the stack
Managed WordPress hosting, WooCommerce installed and configured. In parallel we apply for a high-risk payment gateway, because underwriting can take a few business days and it is the long pole.
Day 2–4
Import the catalogue
Products, variants, customers, and orders imported and checked, so your customer list and history survive the move.
Day 3–5
Redirects & payments
The 301 map from your old Shopify URLs goes in, the gateway connects, and we test checkout end to end.
Day 6–7
Go live
DNS points to the new store, you are trading again, and we monitor. Theme polish, speed, and SEO refinements come after you are back online.
Payments
We line up a gateway that will actually keep you online.
Mainstream processors like PayPal and Stripe do not serve nicotine and other restricted categories. We connect you to high-risk gateways built for them, with WooCommerce integrations.
NMI
Widely used high-risk gateway with several WooCommerce plugins, often paired with a high-risk acquirer.
Corepay
High-risk acquirer for vape and CBD with a direct WooCommerce integration.
PayKings
Vape and tobacco merchant accounts, WooCommerce-compatible via NMI or Authorize.Net.
Others
SecureGlobalPay, QuadraPay, Soar Payments, and Authorize.Net all serve restricted verticals on WooCommerce.
Provider notes from high-risk payments coverage, 2025 to 2026. Expect rolling reserves, chargeback controls, and mandatory age verification at checkout.
Every hour dark is a sale lost.
Tell us your platform and what happened. We will tell you what can still be saved and how fast we can have you trading again.
