Last updated 8 July 2026. ShopToWoo is a Shopify to WooCommerce migration service operated by ShopToWoo. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you request an audit or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, store URL, platform, and what you tell us about your situation. If you become a client, we also handle the store data required to carry out your migration.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, prepare your audit, and deliver migration services. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Store and customer data
During a migration we process the product, customer, and order data being moved from your old platform to WooCommerce. We handle it only to perform the migration, keep it secure, and remove our working copies once the project is complete and signed off.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it. Depending on your location you may have rights under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or CCPA.
This is a standard policy for launch and will be reviewed by counsel before the public launch on shoptowoo.com.
